What I learned from making pizza yesterday (and why you'll never get good AI content)

What I learned from making pizza yesterday (and why you'll never get good AI content)
Made together with Midjourney

You know when you're standing in the kitchen and suddenly have a revelation?

That's how I felt yesterday.

I was standing there with my pizza dough, about to spread the tomato sauce.

And just as I picked up the spoon, it hit me like a bolt of lightning:

This is exactly like writing with AI!

Let me explain...

You don't make pizza without a recipe, do you?

Think about it. When you make pizza, you don't just start throwing random ingredients together and hope for the best, do you?

No, you follow a recipe:

  • First the dough
  • Then the tomato sauce (in the right layer)
  • Then the toppings
  • Finally, the cheese

The order matters. And each ingredient has its role.

The same applies when writing with AI.

The problem with most AI content

I see it all the time with the consultants, coaches and small business owners I teach:

They throw themselves into AI with prompts like ‘write a sales email about my product’ and expect miracles.

It's like throwing flour, tomatoes and cheese into a bowl and calling it pizza.

The result? Generic, boring texts that sound like everyone else's. Texts with no personality that don't sell a thing.

You know exactly how it feels. You sit down at the keyboard with the best of intentions. You have the ideas, you have the desire, you know you HAVE to write to get customers for your business.

But AI just spits out boring robot text, and you think: "I just don't want to do this. It sounds like an English teacher from 1994.‘

My pizza discovery

As I stood there in the kitchen yesterday, building my pizza layer by layer, it dawned on me:

AI prompts need to be built systematically – just like a pizza.

You need to have all your ’ingredients" ready first:

  • What do you want to say?
  • What value do you offer the reader?
  • What are you selling?
  • What tone should the text have?
  • Who is your target audience?

Then you need to put it all together in the right order – your ‘recipe’ (the prompt).

That's the difference between an amateur chef and a professional chef.

Why you won't benefit from AI

Almost everyone uses AI today. But very few people get any real benefit from it.

Why? Because they don't know how to create the right ‘recipe’.

They give AI short, imprecise prompts and expect exceptional results.

Or they copy and paste random prompts from the internet that aren't structured properly.

The result? Your texts sound too general and lack personality.

You end up spending hours editing the AI's output, or worse – you give up and go back to writing everything yourself.

That's exactly what you'll get help with in my masterclass

In ‘Write better and sell more with AI,’ I'll teach you copywriting frameworks – the professional ‘recipes’ – so you can get AI to deliver sales copy that works.

Again and again.

Through my 5 modules, you'll go from amateur to professional:

Module 1: AI as your writing partner – Learn the best tools and how to use them effectively, just like a professional chef uses their tools.

Module 2: Write faster without losing quality – Techniques for generating drafts and writing emails, articles and social media posts that engage.

Module 3: AI and your voice – How to train AI to understand and imitate your tone and style (so it actually sounds like you).

Module 4: AI for sales and engagement – Learn to write compelling copy that drives action – from landing pages to newsletters.

Module 5: Automation & workflows – Build effective workflows that save you time and give you freedom in your everyday life.

Everyone from the first class is now writing better and faster. Several of them have developed their own special prompts for everything from newsletters to course materials and website texts.
